Thanks Hennie! As it turns out, we need to head home on 9/20. We will arrive on 9/17.
I have a Newbie question....Do I need to make reservations with the Rancharia or is that handled through the club?
Sign us up! It will be our first rally and we look forward to meeting other Hearland owners.
EDIT: CHANGE OF PLANS AND WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND. PLEASE REMOVE US FROM THE LIST.
Thanks to the Mods for moving to the correct forum and thanks for all the responses. I thought it would be just fine but my Wife was concerned. Thanks for the reassurance!
I need to remove the 5th Wheel Hitch from my truck and I don't have anyone available to help me lift it off. I was wondering if I could connect the Pin to the hitch, remove the 4 pins that hold it to the bed rails and use the landing gear to lift the hitch off the truck and hold it for a couple...
I'm sure glad I found this thread! We have a 2011 ElkRidge 27RLSS that we finally had the chance to use a cable hook up last week. Once hooked up we sat down to watch a ball game all we could see was static. I found the connection at the site box to be loose, which the Park Maintenance crew...

My Wife and I spent the weekend at a nice little park just outside of Rio Vista called Rio Viento RV Park. The park was very clean and the grounds are well manicured with large grassy areas. The bathrooms include showers and were as clean as they could be. Sites include full hook-ups (50amp)...
My wife would like a few hooks and hangers mounted to the walls. I don't know if I can simply screw them to the wall or if I should use another type of hardware. What type of mounting hardware is most commonly used inside an RV?
We used it this weekend and didn't experience any alarms. Kinda frustrating but I'll just have to keep an eye on it. I'll definately get some leak detector solution to keep in my tool box.
Yes, it was the LP detector mounted at floor level by the door. The alarm cleared as soon as I opened the door. When it first went off I thought it was the CO detector.
Did a check last night...no leaks from the water heater or stove. Checked around the tanks, everything is tight and can't smell any LP. Ran the furnace and still nothing. I guess it's time to give in and take it back to the dealer.
