Looking at a used unit...2013. Looks like it had been lived in. The cabinets below the sink are in pretty bad shape. Is there a way to "refresh" or repair them without refinishing?

The living room A/C is ducted to the bedroom, but the bedroom is not ducted to the LR.

We looked at one of these and noticed that the living room A/C was very loud!! Loud enough that I couldn't stand being in with it running constantly. It was very unnerving!! Is this noise level normal for this model? I have not been exposed to others, (first time buyers) so I have no basis...

One would think so! But, I have seen this to be the case with a lot of dealers. They don't fix anything until the unit is sold. I don't understand this type of sales approach, but it may be that if it doesn't sell, they will auction it off or salvage it, so it may not be worth fixing.

I was really liking the floor plan, but realized suddenly that there is no pantry, if I get the larger fridge! Am I correct in this? This seems very strange, not to allow for a pantry with the larger fridge plan.
