2010 Sundance 2900MK
When the pocket door is moved inside the pocket all the way the door hangs out of plumb as the bottom is kicked out into the walkway.
Seems like the rear track screws are loose which allows the pocket door to sag from the rear resulting in the out of plumb door.

Yes, the trailer is plugged into shore power. Seems like there would be much less load on the motor as it lowering the unit ie, raising the leg.
Guess I could reverse the two black load wires to the switch to see if it blows the fuse on the way up.
thank you for the idea.

Ref: 2010 , Hearland Sundance, the switch works fine underload extending the legs.
When I attempt to raise the legs it blows the 30 amp fuse. Works fine manually like there is nothing binding in the gear box.
All electrical connections are tight and the batteries are at 13+ amps
What am I...
I need to remove a good portion of my coroplas to repair a water leak and replace a grey tank valve.
looks like I will need to slit the material to get around the grey and black PVC lines.
What seems the best method to repair the coroplas liner? Appreciate your help.
On our 2010 Sundance the screws that hold the Screen door latch in place keep loosening. Redrilled and added new screws but reoccured. Tried to remove the door moulding to get in behind the interior skin and add bolts but it is laminated to the styro insulation.
How have others solved this...

The right rear and back end have begun to separate at the bottom corner . the side has bulged out about 3/4 of an inch and corner trim no longer covers the corner.
One solution might be to install a 3" angle corner and secure it to aluminum verticals.
I don't want to pull...
Big surprise when my entry door glass shattered and we quickly observed the lack of tempered glass. Would of expected better.

I have a 2015 Ram 3500 with a camera in the tailgate that I would like to remove and install in my fifth wheel free flow tailgate. The disconnect plug is there for remounting, just looking for those who have already experienced the learning curve. Thanks.

Good advice. I am removing my Reese in bed rails and remounting
with new brackets for the Ram. Your method to calculate still works.
Last resort is to reverse the spring mount to level the fiver if needed.
Looking at the new 3500 Ram. Rear bed height is 39 -40".
Seems like that height creates problems in getting a level 5th wheel with my
New Reese Titan hitch. Any thoughts?
Great idea. Flexible material and easy to mount with screws and let it extend down
a half inch or so. Maybe a bead of caulk on the backside before installing so water doesn't get up behind.
