Thanks so much for the Users Guide. We didn't have that. The info about how to close awning if a power failure could be useful. We're having the dealer look at the awning since it's under warranty yet.

Has anyone had trouble with the electric motor on their awning ? Ours is running out of power. Does anyone know if the motor is inside the roller? If so, how do you get to it? Any info would be apprediated. Thanks, Frank
