Whispering Hills is a very nice location and I found the owners exceptionally nice people. This picture was taken a year ago at the park. . The park is fairly new. Not many trees, but the owners were steadily working on improvements.

I'm pulling a Sundance 3310CL (12,600 fully loaded, 10,560 dry) with a 2012 F250 SuperCrew 4x4. You'll have no problem with the Sundance 3400QD. Tom

There are a couple Sundance Models with full baths not split in the bedroom. You might look at the Sundance 3310CL (which I can attest to being very nice) and the 3310MK (say this one at the factory in June, pretty nice).

What Jim said is correct for both of the two Sundance units we have had. The only difference was that on the older Sundance in the compartment for the water heater there was actually a manual reset that I had to use once to get the gas to light. You might want to look closely for a manual...

We saw the 3310MKS at the factory in June. It is a nice looking unit. We have a 2013 Sundance 3310CL and really like it. We've been extremely pleased with the Sundance.

A very simple question for the factory. Will the rear bumper on a 2013 Sundance 3310CL support the spare tire if it was relocated from the front of the coach to the rear? Is the bumper heavy enough with sufficient welds on the frame to support the load?
