Re: It’s been a great ride!
Jim, since first meeting you in 2008 at the "big" rally in Nashville I knew that you were going to be a great leader to all product owners. Then came the club and under your leadership has grown to be the best thing for its members.
Troubling times today for sure but...
Hello Franknberry, welcome to this great forum and congrats on your new rig.
The Mallard is built by Heartland to Camping World specs.
So if you feel the literature is in error it's probably best to question Camping World.

Isolating the water heater is a good thought, but draining and flushing might do the trick.
Kathy, if you've been in an area with high levels of some bacteria, your water heater could be a breeding ground creating a buildup of hydrogen sulfide gas causing the pressure in your system.

Jkennedy14177 welcome to this great informative forum.
It would help if we knew what model camper you have.
Could it be the mount for the grill body?

You can get a slip on recoil pad. They come in different sizes. EBay
If your grandson has not shot it yet you might want to hold off. My grandsons were actually quite proud of their bruised shoulders after shooting their first round of sporting clays using a 20 guage Lol.

Hello Brent5053 welcome to this great forum.
Unless you have a battery cutoff switch or disconnect the battery your battery will go dead.
There is always some parasitic draw from a few things like the LP detector and radio.
So when your battery went dead it was normal.
Once you get a charge in...
Re: Brake issues
I'm not so sure there is a fuse in the breakaway system.
If your rig came off your truck and the breakaway activated, a blown fuse would make the emergency system useless.
You need to replace the breakaway switch and check the magnets and shoes for wear.
If your brake shoes are...
John I've moved your post to the for sale area as I don't know if this is free or for sale. It'll be fine here either way.

We just hopped on I-40 from Needles, traveled through Kingman to Williams.
You will not have a problem.
I assumed you are traveling from Needles. If from Vegas US-93 is good to Kingman.

I have the puck system in my 2013 RAM, no adapter needed unless you have an old hitch you want to use.
If you now have a Curt hutch you can easily convert the existing head by purchasing new legs.
Here is a link to Curt hitches. LINK
There are other brand hitches available.
I mention Curt brand...
You didn't mention how you checked the breakers, but if it was just a visual don't rely on that.
Turn the breakers off then reset to on again.

Chas, if the only thing wrong with your pump is the check valve you can add a check valve to the PEX line on the inlet side of the pump.
Will save you a few bucks.

It seems that which ever pin box someone has they like it.
So they are all better in the users eye.
Choose one and you'll be happy.
I have the Flexair....... It's better.

That's a long time to be sitting idle. Look under the slides at the mechanics. Check for severe rusting and you may have to clean the hydraulic ram of rust before attempting to move the slides.

Pull out the rest of the existing caulk, clean the surface well and apply new caulk.
You can use ordinary clear or white bathtub caulk from Home Depot or any hardware store.
If, as John suggested, the existing caulk is silicon be sure to clean with ammonia or your new caulk will not stick...
I was one of the people that replaced a hail damaged awning at the rally.
I don't have your problem but one that's very similar, mine sags in the middle, always has.
Upon close examination I discovered that the channel that's attached to the wall is not straight but has a dip in the center.
Your...
Hello Calder and welcome to this great forum.
I don't know how many here have done the delete to their Cummins so you might have more comments over at the Cummins forum.
What model year is your truck?

Check your paperwork, if your trailer is newer the microwave may still be covered by warranty.
Or the microwave manual may have info on getting rid of the beep. Beeping is usually some sort of error code.

There are several reasons why you might get an error from your controller.
You have heard a couple already so another reason is that you have a bad magnet at one or more wheel.

Could be that you have an air admittance valve under the bathroom sink. It may have failed.
I think they are under ten bucks.
You can test it by wrapping a baggie around it and sealing with a rubber band. If the odor goes away replace the valve.
