Did it work during your PDI/1st trip?

    Tire blowouts

Any name brand tire is better than the Blow Max's. GY or Sailuns come to mind right out of the gate. When we had our Cedar Creek, I replaced them a couple times and last time was with a off brand made by a big brand. No problems w/ them. Have Sailuns on the BC now and despite that they still...

    Air Conditioning Vent Filters

We have rectangular ones w/ the foam and the just snap off after you pry them. Easy-peazy. Cannot comment on the round ones.

    Stabilizers

Yes, the shorter the extension of the stabs will aid in the shakiness of the coach. The stabs are not intended to raise the coach's tires. Like JohnDars pics, we put 2x10x 16"/18" under the front legs and the pads in front of the tires and then place 6x6x24" under the pads behind rear tires and...

    Black Tank Indicator 2/3 Full

How big is your black tank? Ours is 40 gal and when done dumping it, we add apex 10-12 gallons of water and such for the ride home. Depending on usage, can go all week w/o having to dump and oh BTW, our sensors say 1/2-2/3 after dumping as well. So poor mans way of thinking here, but kinda keep...

    3 Dump Valves

We have 3 tanks and 2 are marked "Grey tank #1 and Grey Tank #2". Have had this coach for 5 years and still not sure which grey is which, but that doesn't bother me cuz they all get drained before we leave. I just kinda mentally figure based on use how much water is going into the grey ones. Bad...

Trim that's curved part under bed area on 5th wheel

Question. The trim that goes from front of 5th and curves/wraps under the bedroom area downward to ground (on either side/end of front compartment), why does it separate/come away from the 5er itself? What do you do to keep it in place. Does it shrink up thus causing it to come away from the...

    Large Electric Slide Problems

My 1st guess is weak breakers. Are yours original still? We have same RV and tho no probs w/ the slide-n-slide slide (does that even make sense?? LOL), had issues w/ other 2 starting/stopping and repeat. Changed out all the breakers w/ new ones regardless and all worked for awhile, BUT the hyd...

Truck tires work on Fuel 250?

You don't hear that very often about Mich now days. Most are saying either GY Endurance or Sailun. Another brand or so is BFG. On our old 5er ('05 Cedar Creek), went w/ an off brand made by a big name brand and the held up very well. Then again, they were LT tires. Now, with our '18 BC, it came...

    External propane valve

Just curious, does the oven draw more gas than the inside stove? We;'ve found that when trying to use the oven, it just won't stay on while the stove top will. Almost seems like you need a full bottle of gas but IMO shouldn't make a difference. Your opinion please?

2017 RG22 Fresh Water Tank falling out...

Knock on wood, we've towed w/ fresh tank filled to max for a w/e and what didn't get used came back home then emptied. As for the black tank, well it always has at least 10 gallons of water and chems all the time and if dry camping, all comes back home and dump when we can. Same w/ both grey...
