With the rig being 13-14 years old, finding OEM products could be really difficult.
As far as entry doors, here is one source:

Other places to search could be a RV surplus place. There are a few around Goshen, Ind... I go to a couple to find parts at a...
If you look your rig is probably under this recall:

There is a new Heartland place across the road from Grand Design.
We will be in Goshen September 11-13th, I run pass it and see what is going on with it.
If you have a multimeter, start chasing the power from the batteries to the slide-out. Make sure the battery disconnect is turned on and working correctly.
Look up close to the batteries, there should be small breakers. They look like this:

On the manual reset type, is a small push button on one of the ends. The push button is a reset button.
If any place like a vent or the inside of an AC unit, and you can see the roof material, if black on one side it is EPDM.

Our 2018 Road Warrior had an EPDM roof...
Look for a breaker like this:

Sometimes these are covered by a red boot. Manual reset style has a push button on one end. The auto rest style does not have a push button.
On our Onan, when it is hot I remove the cover and leave the door open for extra air circulation. Last year we were in Key West dry camping for 3 months and had to run the generator. We worked in Yellowstone for 3 months during the summer 2023, and we ran the generator a few days, probably 7-10...
I don't know if that will charge the battery to 100%. I was looking on their website and it says:
"To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V."

With your setup now, just 1 transfer switch. If you start the generator, will it start supplying power and turn the shore power off? If it does, will you need to connect the inverter to the shore power side instead of generator side? Please let me know, I could be all wrong on this.
It depends on the converter that is installed. Some converters will be able to be switched for lithium batteries from AGM or flooded cell. You need to find out which converter you have installed in the rig.
IF you any of the original paperwork from the dealer selling, look and see if it has "generator prep". If not, call Heartland with the last 6 numbers of the VIN, they may be able to tell you.
If they can't, follow the power cord into the rig, see if it goes to a transfer switch. If there is a...
Our Road Warrior 427 has the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink in the front grey tank. The rear is the garage sink and washer drain.
Best way to figure out what goes where is to use food coloring, 5 gallons of water and dump down each drain. Do one drain at a time after each time, write...
Have you talked to the dealer you bought the rig from?
Where are you located? Have you asked Heartland if you can bring it to the factory for them to repair the rig?
When we changed the 5-person couch out for the theater seating now, we took the couch apart and removed the backs. When they delivered the new seat, they brought thru the side patio doors. The backs came off our new seats and they turned it sideways and carried it in the rig.
We didn't need to...
We had a roof put on in Ft. Myers by South Florida RV Solutions. It was the week after Thanksgiving last November 2023.

On our rig, in one of the awning arm tracks on the side of the RV, is an in-line 12VDC fuse. I had to take the cover off the track and the fuse was behind it.
Look at the awning tube you will see the wire. Follow it and see if it goes down the awning arm. If it does, check there for another...
I just bought the D-seal for our deck from this company:

Not off hand, but these are heavy to move.
You may be able to find the weight of any you are looking at, on the manufacturer website.
For example: https://www.recpro.com/recpro-charles-58-powered-double-rv-wall-hugger-recliner-sofa-rv-loveseat/
You could do this, but I would think you would need to change the whole tub unit. Look at how it is installed and see how low the walls go to the tub.
Look underneath and see how the area is supported, does the flooring go all the way across or will you need to add more support for the shower pan?
Your steps are a different model then what came with our 2018 Road Warrior. Our steps do not fold down and the handle folds down to close for transport. We leave our steps in our storage trailer and do not use them. They are heavy and take up allot room during transport.
If you can't find...
