pro's vs con's of the Maxxair Fanmate Covers? Wondering if these are worth installing on our toyhauler or the Maxair II covers. Anyone installed either? Thanks
If you have a slide out above the compartment like our Torque 327 there should be a piston rod for holding it at a 90 degree position. Watch out you will hit the door with yo head!!
the newer models come wired that way, mine came hot wired to the fans, now to trace the wire & change it over to the running lights; drains the battery when not on shore power. that's why I wanna change it.
Purchased a new 2018 TQ327 last fall, it came with the awning for the rear deck. You maybe able to get one from Heartland. Wondering if you have any type of door/s out to the rear deck? I'm looking for a three season door for mine. Hopefully we'll get her out this spring.
Re: EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: WI, Lake Delton - 8/5/2020 to 8/9/2020
All set up to attend our first Rv rally. Arriving on the 5th, assigned to site #20. Should be fun learning from everyone about Rv'ing. Spring cannot come too soon for me with the new TH in the back yard & the...
this applies to all breakers; factors effecting this include vibration, normal use from the heating & cooling of the wires(conductors). Had to do thermographic scans of the electrical equipment yearly, #1 item that showed up was loose connections on breakers. These breakers were in panels in the...
as a retired industrial electrician seen it many times; a loose connection at a breaker will cause one leg of a double pole breaker to draw more amps, causing it to trip out. Amazing how they loosen up over time & do that. My suggestion is at least once a season when you have the power(all)...
one of two things leakage either in the lines/fittings or cylinder seal & you will be able to see these; second thing would be an internal leak of the hydraulic valve, letting fluid return back into the system. Good luck.
their are two different types of PEX; PEX A is larger than PEX. The shark-bite is PEX. Made the mistake once when I purchase bunch of fittings & then found out they were to big(PEX A). Make sure you buy the correct ones!! Really easy to make repairs & changes to your plumbing system.
New owner here; wondering when storing the TH over winter should I leave a window and or a vent slightly open to prevent condensation inside the TH? No cover on the TH just sitting out in the yard & I know this time of year the inside warms up during the day & cools off at night; temperatures...
Has anyone bolted down a wheel chock in their TQ327? Wondering how you bolted it to the floor. Newbie here & i DO NOT want to damage anything underneath the garage floor!!! Thanks
