We have the G2 and love it. We went to Direct TV for a better price. But, DTV told me my G2 would work. Then I found out DTV will not send in the HD signal to it. I have Dish for my RV and love it. The pictures are always good and I get a full screen. Never use DTV again.

Marked the flooring with painters tape to identify the 13 spots the vinyl flooring is blistering. Heartland has agreed to replace it completely. Taking it in to dealer on the 29th a two day process. We'll see.

From your picture and being such a confined space you could be getting the heat build. This build up can be causing the ABS piping glue to heat and off gas. When it shuts down the off gassing quits until it gets warmed back up. Maybe some insulation keeping the heat away from piping will help...

Found out that our roller falling off issue is fixed. Technician says better than new and don't need roller we will see tomorrow. I had this roller jump out from under the kitchen slide just as we were going out for a weekend trip. It is on our Big Horn Traveler 37SS. Also have a king bed lift arm completely come loose from under the bed. Is this a sign of things to come? Has anyone else had the rollers come off?

Did you get a manual with the rig? I have two Summit TVs in our 2017 Big Horn Traveler 37SS. If you can't find one I would be happy to make a copy and send to you. Mine are 50 inch and 40 inch in the bedroom. Trying to use the remote for dish no such animal as Summit on that list. But it took...

I agree had a different brand and so many problems with factory doing work. Had to attorney before I got a new rig. Now love our Bighorn but, that sounds scary. Walk away.
