I know it’s summer & hot, but see if the furnace fires. If the stove burners are finicky along with the WH I’m thinking the appliances are starved for propane. If the furnace won’t fire then you might have a faulty regulator on the propane tanks. Otherwise I’m out of simple solutions

You’ll find over time those automotive breakers will weaken and tripping will become more common. I replaced with several with better & larger marine breakers and heavier cables to carry the amperage
