I set mine at 6.5 seems good but I haven't pulled my rig but once since I got the new truck. I think 6.0 is a starting point and your trailer should be lighter than mine.
I was in the first group that had Level Up installed in 2009 . The engineer who designed the system was there and after install the first thing he showed me was how to raise up the rig to change tires etc. I would have to say the warnings is the lawyers way of covering all there legal bases...
I have the Trailair pinbox ordered with the trailer in '06 and mine only has 4 bolts each side. The pinbox is a lot heavier weight wise than what you have and no problems. I would move the pinbox and not worry about the 5th bolt.
When I had my TT , I had the Dual Cam and liked It. It does take some time to get it setup perfect but once set it works great. If your thinking on spending bigger Bucks for a Hensley I would check out the ProPride first ,here is a link...
I get the same look if I use Rejex . If you don't follow the directions exact as far as temps and sun ,the haze never wants to come off. I know a lot of folks swear by it but I don't like it ,will stick with using Nufinish
Glad you can make it , the weather will be perfect per my talks with the Almighty. Its generally really nice this time of year maybe light jacket or long sleeve shirt in the mornings and evenings.
Bobby the 521 is no longer made , replacement is Sikaflex 505uv. I tried Geocel Proflex Rv and I didn't like it ,was to hard to work with for me. I found the 505 cheapest at Camping World at the time was on sale but still not cheap , think was $ 9.39 a tube.
I would have to agree ,mine was full of water. I couldn't believe how much water was in there after pulling the rubber sleeve off. I was surprised after a good cleaning it worked ,added sealer around wire going into it so far so good.....Kenny
Thanks for the heads ups ,glad to have you with us, great bunch of folks we have coming. There is lots to see and do in Springfield ,so plan on site seeing see ya before you know it......Kenny
LOL.....was fun in spots . We ran mine from the front to the rear, the front was the hardest because of all the cross braces. I was really surprised how well pulling up the wire in the rear cap went. I still need to adjust the angle of the cameras , was way off setting them at the rally , was...
Have a great day Paul ,see you in Goshen! I was going to get you a Hoveround but Jon said you couldn't pass the operating test , so best wishes instead. LOL........Kenny
I have kept ours plugged in since we bought ours in 2006 , no problems. I got almost 6 years of life out of the original battery and believe it helps......Kenny

We have had our rig since '06 and have had no problems with the Yellow Jacket. We have a herd of long haired dogs ,so it does get a pretty good workout ,been pleased so far. I guess I need to find some wood now to knock on....LOL....Kenny

My 07 Bighorn doesn't have the waste valves in the UDC, its in a separate compartment similar to what is pictured. I do have 2 grey, black tank, not sure what he added to the compartment but looks like he added an electric cord for some reason.......Kenny
I went over to rv park reviews to check out the reviews and it kinda fits a pattern. It seems after going to older posts than the first couple there was some that complained about the owner and rules. I guess if the owner doesn't single you out for some reason it is a great place to camp.
Re: 2013 Goshen Rally - General Discussion Thread
There is no means to request a specific site unless you were at the 2011 Rally and want your previous site number. The pre - rally is included in the registration and can pick what number of days you want to come early. It will also give you...
