DPF Delete Recommendations for Dodge Cummins

It is my opinion that these questions would be better answered in a Dodge/ Cummings forum. It is also my biased opinion that these old, noisy (rolling coal) engines are anything that I'd ever desire; I'm glad to see them die. Please don't contribute to their belching black soot.

    Portable electric heater

While using the stove top burners (for heating) will work, it's using propane.

    Portable electric heater

Consumer Reports recently reviewed portable electric heaters. Additionally don't overlook your electric fire place heater (if installed); just don't ignore your total electric drawing amperage.

    Favorite Portable Pellet Grill

I do like my (34"?) Traeger Pro but now wish I had purchased the smaller size smoker. If/when Traeger makes one that's truly portable (under 40 pounds) then I'll purchase it for camping; otherwise I'll cook multiple units at home and freeze them for later consumption. Here it is two years ago...

    What's your favorite carry weapon?

On the hand cannon I haven't shot it, yet. You should shoot it BEFORE you depend on it - for two reasons: sometimes they don't consistently go bang and other times the operator isn't as familiar with it as they should be. Get to the range and feed it several hundred rounds of your preferred...

    What's your favorite carry weapon?

If that's your carry weapon then you're either a. more manly than I am, or b. living in a very dangerous area. - - - Updated - - - Kimbers have their fan base, they just never appealed to me. I've got a large mish-mash of various brands. And once again I'll own up to being a wimp, I've...

    What's your favorite carry weapon?

Here is my newest toy: a CZ P-09 (with nite sites). While I'm not planning on carrying it - she is considered a duty gun. Straight from the store to the range - 150 rounds of HP ammo - with no problems; now that she's been cleaned/ lubed she'll receive another couple of hundred rounds...

    Basement lights

I'm relying on my weak mind (and currently fueled by vodka) but I believe my master basement switch is located in the very front compartment; shared by hydraulics, battery, etc.

    Short bed and Anderson Ultimate

Re: Short bed and Anderson Uptimate Other than Andersons destructive testing I've not seen this either. Would you provide more sources? The adapter is mounted as shown (facing forward) with a short bed, rotated to the rear position with a long bed.

Smell in my 2017 Heartland Wilderness

I wouldn't say it is fixed, I'd say it was identified. What if that flooring is rotted - who's liable for that?

    New sewer hoses

As was stated in that thread ... if you're starting completely over and the ($150 - $200) price doesn't scare you then there are some sturdy options. Five years ago I purchased a polychute sewer hose and its still going strong. Unfortunately the company went out of business and I didn't get...

Looking for some kind of hoist or jack to remove 5th wheel hitch from truck

Can you bribe your neighbors sons into doing this for you? That's the biggest reason I recently switched over to the Anderson Ultimate Hitch, 40 pounds.
