Karen, or is it Bill, I think the problem with your signature not showing up is a change in the format that only allows the signature to be displayed in your first post to a thread any additional post in the same thread will not have a signature line as I understand it.

We have a 2008 Landmark Mt. Rushmore on order and it is supposed to be in Knoxville this coming Friday. It was one left in inventory before they suspended production. The new one should be ready for the market soon. We were planing on getting the new model but found out that they were moving the...
Congratulations iefpro, hope it gives you many miles of smiles. We are still waiting on ours to be delivered. Delivery date is now set for July 23rd.
Don
Our Play-Mor had a Suburban stove which had three adjustable burners and an oven. Now I'm wondering about our new Landmark. This is a problem that I would never have thought to ask about. Personally I can't imagine why they would even make a burner that wasn't adjustable.

The slide topper on our old trailer collected water but haven't received our new Landmark yet so I can't say for certain but I fully expect it to collect water when it rains. I think they all do.
Don
We absolutely understand your excitement and welcome you to the forum. We've gotten answers to many of our questions here. Be safe and have lots of fun with your new TH!
Just noticed that you're from Conroe. I work, here in Alabama, with a woman from Conroe. Small world indeed.

Congrats on your new 5'ver, we're glad you were able to get a good replacement for your original unit. We hope it gives you many fun memories! Hopefully we too will be feeling the excitement in about three weeks.
I would like to make a table cloth and some pillows for our much anticipated Mt. Rushmore. Could one of you kind people tell me the measurements of the table top w/leaf extended? I did look on Heartlands web site, but couldn't find the table dimensions. Thanks in advance!

Probably not a mess up, John (well, maybe a design mess up). In our search over the past few months we have noticed that many RV manufacturers have gone to "blackout only" in the sleeping areas. I'm with you though, I like having the light along with the privacy in the bedroom and dressing area...
I have always traveled with it on but this is giving me food for thought.
I am now wondering if the solar system we are having installed on the new Mt. Rushmore will power the refrigerator while in transit.
Don
Ray, on my 2005 Allison the button at the end of the shift handle is both for tow haul and overdrive lockout. Press and release for tow haul and press and hold for more than one second then release for overdrive lockout.

We need to go ahead and order the bedding for our new Mt. Rushmore as we plan to take a week long shakedown run when we pick it up. We've read through archives and realize that there are many options from sheets that will fit the mattress to adding multiple toppers and using standard king...
Phil, we can still get on it. What kind of connection are you on? It does load pretty slowly, so if you're not on a high speed connection you might easily get that message.
Ours is an early '08 so there will be few changes from the '07's. You lucky folks that get to rally this year will probably know more about the late '08's than we will. It will have disk brakes, which we just found out were available, and yes, it does have the island option. We also are having a...
...says it all! We're no longer the "Serious Shoppers". We hope to be picking our new Landmark up from Karen & Butch in about six weeks. Kudos to RV's 4 Less and Coley Brady for making it all come together!
Following is a link, go to the bottom of the page and you can download the manual.

OOPS... That looks like just a sales info sheet.

Mobilrvn, under the heading of "Bighorn" (as well as Landmark, etc) there is a topic named "Design-Ideas" where the factory does read about the consumer's ideas and take them into consideration.
Like you, we are looking for the "perfect" full-time unit. For us it seems the Landmark is as...
These pressure changes are normal. I have been using the Pressure Pro for about a year and also find that in the times of year that the temperature varies a lot from day to night that you will have to air the tires during the early morning while it is at the lowest temperature of the day or...
Have you tried Leo's Vacation Center, in MD? According to their on-line inventory they have one, but I have no idea how up-to-date they keep their site.

That Dodge reminded me of the "Lil' Red Express" that they came out with in '78. http://www.goodwinauto.com/_images/Burke's_truck.jpg But back then they turned the stacks out, better idea for towing I would think. Oh well, doesn't matter anyway... Don ain'ta gonna part with his Duramax/Allison...
You're correct in what you said, Jett. But in Play-Mor's defense ours has been a wonderful unit and has given us every ounce of the service that we expected from it.
We've had only two warranty issues with it. One was the oven pilot not staying lit and the other was one of the electric jacks...
We are in much the same boat as you are as we are looking to purchase a Landmark and our local dealer stocks Big Horns, Big Countrys and Cyclones but is not able to get us a Landmark. We did go through the Cyclone and it is an impressive toy hauler. We presently have a Play-Mor 375SS toy hauler...
Denise, following is a link to the site for the new Flair Sleep & Store Sofa Beds. Their video claims that standard size sheets fit the bed, though it doesn't say what size. I would think it is a full size by looking at the video. There is also contact info on the site so you might want to...
Not sure of the brand name that has been bought at Harbor Freight but it looks like a Viair. I purchased a Superflow MV-50 off the internet about six months ago and have nothing but praise for it. It is everything the manufacturer claims. It did blow one fuse and had an extra fuse that come with...
I have one that I purchased over the INTERNET that looks like the same one you found at Harbor Freight and it works very well for me. The ones you find at convenience stores that you stuff quarters in sometimes will not pump over 50 lbs.
Don
Roger here is a web site that might answer your question. As in most things it varies from state to state. In CA it is the "Manufactured Stated Gross Weight" that us used.
We've just heard so many horror stories about insurance reusing to pay and law suits, because of being overweight...
Great Update, Jim. Since Don and I read on separate laptops, but behind the same router, we had to be careful. If one of us read the "New Posts" then nothing showed for the second one of us who logged in. This works for each of us and as J.P. said, keeps the unread threads Bold. We're...
Silicone spray is far too thin, I use spray on white lube on the fifth wheel hitch and spray the pin all the way around for each trip and have never heard a squeak or a groan.

Thanks Cooper, Sheri and I took a trip to Knoxville Tn recently to meet Karen and Butch and to visit for a while in a Grand Canyon they had on their lot. They seem to have a good reputation on the forum and were both very pleasant to visit with. If we do this it will probably be with RV's For...
Sorry, maybe reservations was the wrong word. Just thinking on the Bighorn instead. We have recently had a local dealer take on the Bighorn and with all it's upgrades and a lower price tag it may be the way to go for us.
No Cooper it is made by Play-Mor and is a Toy hauler with a 10' garage in the rear, we intend to sell it soon and had planed to buy a Landmark but as for now I have some reservations about the Landmark so may have to look closer at the Bighorn 3670.
It's a shame as I really do like the Mt...
