    Ford rules :)

Funny you say that, I know mechanics that want to own the cars they know best and have the best priced parts. Once you know what all the common problems are it's quick and easy to work on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Maxxis tires

I've used Maxxis motorcycle tires in the past and been very happy. They even have a mud terrain LT tire named Big Horn for anyone wanting the name on their truck too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gennesis GT 2.0 Replacement Suggestions

Jensen makes some quality RV units and is a recognized audio/video brand for home and cars as well. I replaced my dreaded Touch Audio with one and couldn't be happier. Better sound quality from the same speakers and more functionality and options. Got a great price for a refurb unit on eBay...

    Anode Rod

I check mine periodically and keep a spare on hand. I typically don't change it over winter to not waste a new one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Dead Battery

If you always have shore power hooked up don't waste your money. Your truck and shore power can handle the minor charging you need. I only have a single 12v as I have a permanent site. Battery is only there to keep the fridge contents from spoiling in case of power failure so it can switch to...

Would LOVE some help tracking down an odor source...

My roof plumbing vent us inches from the pop up vent on my trailer. Leaving the vent open while gone the smell would enter the trailer and fill it after a couple of days gone. Closing the vent lid while away stopped the smell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Looking for a new truck...

After a little internet research it appears Ford bailed Cummins out of potential bankruptcy by buying shares but has since sold them back. Cummins diesels have been used in larger commercial Ford trucks and heavy equipment in the past. Then I found a post on www.dieselpowermag.com that...

    New Year Resolutions Anyone???

I resolve to spend more time camping in my heartland trailer this year. And not to buy another trailer so the funds are available for camping. I also resolve to spend more time at the beach, even if I don't improve my beach body. We helped several local families this past Christmas and do...

SOLVED - AC Power Issue with MPG 185

Re: mpg 185 issues............ I've had a Fluke 73 III since college and use it daily. Reliable and practical. I trust it much more then the cheap stuff. Definitely paid for itself many times over in my line of work, and at home or the trailer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Furnace will not run

You might have to pull the t-stat off the wall. Mine has a spaghetti bowl of wires and nuts in behind it. Something on the backside might provide access too. On mine it's the tank level display. Good luck and stay warm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
