I have looked under the carpet on mine and found that it is not linoleum but a wood composite. As far as the slide, it's wood under the carpet also. my rig is a 2016 3270RS which is very similar to yours.

Your best bet is to call Heartland customer service with your Vin # on Monday to get the info you need. If you need the phone # it's listed on the Portals page above. The ATF is not looked at that much by the factory.

You need to remember that the receiver hitch is an option and I opted not to have it on my 2016 Big Horn when I bought it. The dealer had two on there lot, one with and one without the hitch. Of course it's up to the dealer what they order from the Mfg.

Re: Tra'vler 1000 dish network LNB arm Dave.... I had the same thing happen to me but under warranty. I would suggest calling Winegard back and asking about maybe a factory refurbished turret if they have them, if not, cost of a new one.
