If you remember back a few years, their was the Big Horn Silverado. That was dropped and then came out the Silverado for about 2 years, then that was dropped.

I have looked under the carpet on mine and found that it is not linoleum but a wood composite. As far as the slide, it's wood under the carpet also.

You SHOULD NOT have to pay for any repairs found during your PDI walk. This dealer is RIPPING you OFF really bad. I WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THIS DEALER?

The ATF is not looked at that much by the factory.
You need to remember that the receiver hitch is an option and I opted not to have it on my 2016 Big Horn when I bought it. The dealer had two on there lot, one with and one without the hitch. Of course it's up to the dealer what they order from the Mfg.
Also, a while back we looked at an older Airstream. It had a level on the outside and I wondered if they still made them. They do! Cool!

John.......try unplugging from shore power for 5 minutes and then reset GFI. Re plug back into power.
If that doesn't work......buy a new rig......🤠👍

I had the same thing happen to me but under warranty. I would suggest calling Winegard back and asking about maybe a factory refurbished turret if they have them, if not, cost of a new one.
