We just went through this ourselves. What we found was a 1 inch hairline crack on the backside of the wheel (behind spokes). I used the "Level-up" system to raise the tire off the ground to enable tire rotation. With the wheel being so dirty (10K mile trip), the leak was very difficult to...

Sorry, can't remember wire size, I do remember it was the same size as the wire coming from main power/reel cord. Hope that helps. Ernie

The installation you have described is exactly the way I did our install. I installed ours just behind our main power panel. By using new wire from EMS to main panel, should you ever upgrade or sell your rig and want to keep your EMS, just remove EMS and new wiring...easy-peasy!

Now this is what I'd call hitting the nail on the head! I'm no expert, but I think having to pay dealers for warranty work has to cost at least twice as much as doing it right on the manufacturing line. Ernie
