Lamplighter is a pretty good place for breakfast as well. Just outside the campground is a mini-brewery and restaurant, I think it is called the Black Forest. Food isn't all that cheap, but is pretty good.

Seems a shame that an area that so many need to access has to be unscrewed. A "doggy door" type of access would be preferable IMHO. It is difficult, especially with a slide drawer option to get the screws back into the original holes (thank goodness it is wood and not aluminum that they screw...

Unless you open both gray tank valves and keep them open, the full gray tank will just back up to the sink (or shower if it is gray tank #1).

Watch the rim width. When my 2006 BH rims were switched out from the ones made in Argentina to those made in China, the new ones were 1/2" narrower than the older ones. Since I had a new set of four, it didn't matter, but I don't think you want to have different rim widths on wheels on the 5er.

Using both will heat water faster - it has to. Have you checked all of your 12v fuses? There may also be a bad circuit board for the hwh.

That's exctly how my '06 was built. The external antenna must be a later add-on. I would have definitely preferred an external as the wire never did work.

You might want to use the Mr. Clean eraser pads. Also, use them on the shower floor.

I would hesitate to open the black tank while any grey tank is open, even if that tank was draining slowly. I think it could push black tank contents back into the grey tank.
