Thank you for all your help I have a vent again! After checking that I realized it wasn't blowing out very well....six months into owning my camper and I just realized there's a lock on the vent flap on the outside of the camper!!! Hahaha ooops! Works even better when you open the vent! Kyle

I'll try again, but when I had it connected before I cut the wires back, stripped them again and put them back in the wire nut and had nothing Kyle

Okay adding the wrinkle back in there... When I hooked my work truck to the camper, I plugged the 7-way plug in. after remembering to twist the wire nut back together everything works fine... So it's got to be the van but I don't know what else to check? Kyle

Yes thermal fuse is bad I think. When installed both sides lit up on the test light but nothing after the fuse. So I'm assuming it wasn't grounding properly. Where can I pick up one of these fuses? Kyle

Okay after dismantling the hood vent, I found that the heat fuse was bad.. I took the motor out and tested it with my battery. And it worked fine both directions, switching polarity. I called ventline and ordered a new motor since they don't sell just the fused wire. But looking over the details...

Thanks. The green was connected to a green with a white stripe on the camper end. I would assume the grounds are all correct because the blinkers and brakes signals work just not running lights Kyle

Okay traced it all the way back through the pigtail on the camper into the junction box. The green light is hot coming from the harness. But when I connected to the green and white to send a signal to the camper the test light doesn't pick anything up.. when I untwist the wire nut and separate...

Okay, update... After using contact cleaner and buying a test light. I've determined that the van is sending the signal for running lights at the 7way. So I plug in the camper and nothing. The blinkers work and brake lights, but still no running lights. The seven way on the trailer side goes...

Hey guys/gals. I'm having some trouble with my Hood vent fan. I have a prowler 25lx. The light works but the fan doesn't. Are they connected to the same circuit? Any advice would be great. I have about two weeks to fix it till our next journey Kyle
