We have the 2812, I am not sure what you are going to put in the garage, but, we have put 2 large utility atv's, a portable generator, and a 50 dirt bike and have had no problems.

We had the same problem, when running off tank water the pump would run about every 10 minutes. We took it back to the dealer and they said it was bad and replaced it. I would have it checked.

Love that, we were looking into doing that to ours.

We just got back from camping and while out water from the pump filled the basement storage, along with everything in it. This will be our 3rd pump. Glad to hear were not the only ones but seriously doubting the quality in heartland.

We are able to run 1 ac unit with the honda 3000 generator. We don't put it in the compartment but, I think there is a different door with venting for the gen compartment.

Our 2812 has the bed in the cap, the closet is the slide.

We pull our 2812 with a 2500 GMC short box and opted to get a slider when we first had it installed, my husband backed it in the driveway several times without moving the slider, very doable. One day he thought lets move it and see if it's easier and it was, so much easier to get backed in. So...

We are able to fit the 2 atv's and a small Honda 50 dirt bike next to it. It is tight but you can make it work.

We haul 2 ATV's and added a few more down the center. You can get similar ones at Northern Tool and Equipment and install yourself, very easy.

Sometimes if you wait after the "free" time is up you can renew cheeper. We just got the year on our truck for $77 plus fees.

We haul ATV's and the tie downs were not in the right spots. We got more at Northern Tool. They come in a pack of 4 or 6 for low cost. My husband used a round drill bit and chisseled out the center to countersink them. Worked great and looks good too.

We ended up getting on that the roll slides on so you only have one set of holes in the wall and found a stud in the center of the wall. Worked out really nice.

On that same note does anyone have a great way to locate where to put the toilet paper holder in the bathroom of the 2812?? We have yet to mount it and the dealer said they don't do that. Heartland said use a stud finder, they don't have a blue print. Thanks

We have the 2812 and mounted it almost directly under the hook up. If you call the factory they will email you the blueprint of the wall so you know where the header is. That worked for us. Good Luck !!

I am not sure if you have an answer yet but when we got our 2812 the tables were the same as you are saying. The dealer said he would move the brackets and we said no so they ordered a new table from heartland and it fit in front of the couch perfect. Probably an error in the table...

We have the 2812 and I called customer service to find out where the header was to mount the bedroom tv, they were able to email me the blueprint of the wall that had the exact location of the header.

Does anyone know where to mount the bedroom TV in the 2812 ?

We just got ours and with the exception of a few minor problems everything is going good. The biggest problem was a trim issue and the table legs did not fit together. There is a little wave to the floor when you walk in spots but we will clarify that with customer service in the morning.

I have used this and have gotten quick response from the cyclone people. Very nice !!

I also wonder this, our floor flexes slightly when you walk on it. Does it have 1" plywood on the floor or less? We have the 2812 with the combined garage. I hope it is strong enough to hold ATV's??

We also have found a few items that were not as expected with a new coach. The most important being a misaligned table legs the legs and the holes on the table are 3" difference. And the back or the chairs is not pushed down fully and there is a nail sticking out. We are going to call...
