Where can I find a diagram of the 12 volt system? Particularly the vent fans. I’m replacing the thermostat controlled one with a remote controlled one.
I have re-checked all 3 fuses. They are all tight and not burned out. I doubt that both door switches would go out at the same time so will look for something else.
I have experienced the same problem. Found a fitting on Amazon that solves the problem. An adapter from PEX to the poly flexible hose. I bought 10 but haven’t had the problem again, yet.
Thanks, Dave,
That is what I figured. It is right underneath the big back window and also the rear cap roof seam. I caulk it once a year, if I am home, and I remember. I am planning to re-caulk all the seams as soon as I get a break in the weather (I am in the Pacific NW).

I sealed the end joints and rear window. There was water stains running down the rear wall from the window. Haven't noticed any new leaks. I'm hoping the sponginess is just from the thin material flexing.
My 2012 Big Country gets bubbles in the ceiling during the hot season but shrinks back up when it cools down. Now my wife says the ceiling is getting spongy. There were several threads about this a couple of years ago but I can't find them now. Anyone else have similar problems/advice?
I have a bunch of bubbles forming in the slide room ceiling of my 2012 Big Country 3650RL. Could this be moisture from a seam leak? It started occurring after moving to a hot climate from a colder, wet climate.
Internet research has paid off. The Vigo model pop-up sold at Lowes and Home Depot "looks" like a match. I have both stores nearby. That's all I need to get it back in use. I think that the brass model will be a bit more durable than the brass/plastic it came with. Not too expensive either...
I do believe the rough Alaska roads caused the pipe to break. That heavy glass bowl may just not be suited for extensive travel. I contacted Heartland but probably won't hear from them until Monday. First indication of trouble was the bowl came loose and nearly fell off onto the floor...
My bathroom sink has broken loose from the counter. I found the plastic threaded drain fitting/pop up plug broken just under the counter. Anybody know what the brand is? It is a heavy duty glass bowl that sits on top of the counter. I am travelling in Alaska near Anchorage but my dealer is in...
I was finally able to get water into my tank today. Blowing into the vent line didn't help. I cut the threaded end off a hose and shoved 3 to 4 feet down the fill line. That did the trick. I finally got a full tank just before the park secured water again due to sub-freezing temperatures.
This thread has helped me a lot, thanks to all of you. I have a brand new Big Country and just tried to add water to the tank but couldn't. I will try to blow out the vent line first and try to shove a hose down the fill line if the first option doesn't work. I can't just yet as the park has...
