Dave , I appreciate your response! Caulking was checked first, then worked from there. Unfortunately is does not take much water to start a problem & a long drive on a rainy day will cause havoc to unprotected composite material.

Easy, water was transferred up there from the wheels as the spot started directly above the rear wheels. Normally there is a plastic coating over the wood so when water is thrown from the wheel the floor is protected. Apparently the factory did not cover this section as all other flooring is...

Yea lubed the hinges, helped some, hoping it is not a frame issue that is allowing water to come in door side slide causes the floor issues. Since posting found several folks had delaminate issues w floor.

We have a 2012 3200re, anyone had issues w the outside door? The door used to swing freely; however lately the door is resistant & will open 1/2 way. The floor where the door side slide out & floor mets also feels soft in some spots going down this seam. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
