I had the same problem with a Toshiba flat screen that was only 2 years old. An internet check said there are quality issues with the Toshiba power supply and are expensive to fix. I trashed the Toshiba and bought a Sony.

While I don't have the 3010re, my 3/4 ton Duramax pulls my trailer just fine and it is the same size and weight as the 3010re. One thing I did add was Firestone airbags to lift the back end up. I'm considering the 3010re myself.

I also use the scissor jacks behind my main wheels and they really do stabilize the trailer so you don't feel it when someone is walking around.
