It appears that the water heater bypass valve is leaking water into the basement of our 2013 BC. The valve sprays water when placed in the "Normal" position. The water sprays from the bottom of the valve. Is there a replacement available for this valve? Thanks

Our BC 3596RE is less than 6 months old, all the blinds hang free and/or bump against the walls in the unit. There are no clips to hold the bottom rail to the wall. Are the brackets available and if so where can I get them? Thanks, Don

Looks like it is anybody's guess what the model number equates to, I do know that the RE is rear entainment, as for length the HL book says our unit is b38' 9", I measured it from pin to ladder and it is ~41'. Oh well, guess it really makes no difference. Thanks for the reply(s). Ufda
