Is there a schematic of the heating duct system available?

While replacing a cracked valve behind the panel in the basement of our BC I noticed that there is a small heat duct that is directed downward toward the black tank area, is this to blow some heat there in cold weather, not sure.

Also there seems to be some extra length in some of the duct works that could be eliminated to possibly increase the efficiency of the heating system.

The small line is to heat the underbelly. you can reroute the other lines to increase efficiency, I have never seen any schematic for heat runs.
