If you are tight on space, here's another idea. Refill your small propane tanks from your main tank instead of disposing of them. Link I've refilled tanks for years for our Boy Scout Troop. The key is getting the small tank very cold before filling.

No. The classic Landmarks had hot and cold manifolds installed in the UDC. Hot and/or cold water could be shut off to any fixture in the coach by turning a valve on the manifold. This picture isn't from a Landmark...but it's the same manifold used in mine.

I'll second your recommendation for Chromecast. I bought one for our seasonal camper and decided we needed one at home too. I'm buying my adult son one for Christmas. Highly recommended if you use Netflix, Hulu, and/or Youtube.

I'm not sure about powering the router from a usb adapter. I use a small inverter to power my router from time to time with no problems. Not all routers are equal when it comes to transmission distance, but I would think most any wifi router would reach from the back of the coach to the front...

Al, I had the exact same idea since I have a router installed in my coach already. however, when researching cameras I read that there was a significant lag to the video. Enough that I wouldn't have confidence using it when moving to judge distance. Have you seen any video delays?

Green Mountain just released what could be considered a portable unit called the Davy Crockett. It looks like an interesting choice that would provide a lot of cooking options in a fairly small package. Does your pellet grill work well as a grill (i.e. searing steaks, cooking burgers, etc.)?

It's definitely harder than it used to be; but still possible. Delete w/o a tuner using SIMS delete pipe If you do decide to delete...hang on to the hardware you remove. You may need it if your state begins emission testing and it's very expensive to replace!

Where are you guys staying? I've tent camped at a couple of "temporary" campgrounds next to the track. Awesome fun but barely enough room for my tent and truck...no way I could get my Landmark in there. I'd love to go back with my Landmark next year.

Rain on the roof is actually one of my favorite sounds. I don't have them, but I suspect slide covers would reduce the noise substantially. The trade-off would be some noise from the slide covers in heavy wind.
