Mine had a few supports under them but they still flapped . I used spray foam under them and now they are rock solid .I scuffed the underside of the skirts with coarse sandpaper. you may have to spray them two or three times to build coats an then I trimmed the foam with a knife . Yes great...
All dodge diesels come with the heater already installed in the block . If it did not come with the truck all you have to do is purchase the cord an plug it in
I dont have the level up system but it sounds like you need something slippery between your blocks an the leg pads . You might try some 1/8 or 1/4in teflon or get one of the plastic discs that goes over your hitch pin an cut it in two just to try it .Just make sure your blocks are smooth
vakthund I would never put blocks that tall under landing legs . I was setting up last year when I heard a boom. The guy behind me was also setting up an had put his landing legs up on blocks . When he pulled his truck out something caught an pulled his trailer off the blocks onto his truck...
I have been towing a 3600RL with a (smarttrailer) a brand of trailer with swivel wheels with a golf cart on it for about 4 years with no trouble with coach or authorities . (im probably in trouble now )
I pull a 3600 bighorn loaded with a trailer with a golf cart with a 05 2500 Dodge auto with 3.73 gears no upgrades an it does just fine even without an exhaust brake. Although i would like to have one .These trucks have very good brakes
Dave I have had a swivel wheel trailer ( smartrailer brand ) on the back of my 3600 bighorn for almost two years I have never been stopped ( i probably will now ) with a golf cart an havent had any trouble .
I was able to fish two wires down by the light switch by removing the ceiling fan housing . I first ran one wire to the fan an used the light switch for the 12vt feed but when i turned the fan on the light dimmed

Re: Second ac unit
These vents with an without a shutoff like the bathroom one are now in the new parts cataloges at your camper dealer . I just keep mine shut off but if i was to have a a/c problem they would be there
Yes, I put one on my big horn last year. do you have a 12 ft slide? I have a slide topper and a awning mounted on the door side slide. I was worried about how thick the material was on the slideout an wall but I found all the mounting points to be plywood or metal backed. You live in Gloucester...
Early arrival an late leaving Nashville
Talked to Jenn at the KOA in Nashville today an she said anyone that is coming in early an leaving later than the 18th should call her to make sure they will have a campsite . We are planning on coming in on the 14th an leaving the 21st .
50 amp service
Natesi; I think these are 50 amp 125 volt services to your trailer so make sure that whoever hooks it up dont use the two separate 115 volt feeds to the house to get your 50 amps or you will have 50 amps an 230 volts

the ear broke off mine just like those in the pictures . i used a piece of 1/8 angle iron an drilled it out for the bosses sticking out of the gearbox an bolted it to the gearbox thru the bolt holes, slid the box back on with the angle against the lift post . with all the bosses an bolts now...

well it looks like they didnt do anything to the south side of the monitor merrimac the holes are just as bad if not worst as you come out of the tunnel
I installed one in my old camper . Another reason i bought the big horn . I made a manifold out of pvc an a valve so i dont have to keep switching the hose . they are really nice keeping your sensors clean .
rough road at monitor-merrimac
The road going into an out of the tunnel is horrible on both sides especially on the right side the side campers have to be in . I always try to time my entering into the tunnel with no vehicles on my left an straddle the yellow line . One of these days i'll...
