Greetings, We recently took delivery of a 2016 Resort 40 FE. It has a 20' electric awning that when extended is fairly parallel to the ground. It would provide more shade if the "outside edge" could be angled down. Does anyone know if that is possible with electric awnings? Thanks.

Taking delivery next week of a 2014 North Trail 30RKDD. Still contemplating the purchase of a 5 year service plan, at a cost of approx. $1500. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Worth the $$?

Taking delivery next week of a 2014 North Trail 30RKDD. The unit is equipped with a 13.5K BTU A/C. One of our "requirements" was a 15K BTU A/C, but this Trailer is LOADED and we couldn't beat the price. Will the 13.5K A/C be sufficient to cool our Trailer down if temps reach the 90's?
