Red Positive/ White to ground. Red from 12v breaker row/ WHITE attached to frame ground. Follow the other red and black wires to see where they come from. Black is an automotive ground, white is usually used in rv's for ground.
The Tank is vented. You should not leave the dump valve open. Liquids flow out, solids remain and will pile up under the down pipe, or block vent pipe. Since you say you are on a permanent spot, it might make more sense to remove the black tank and plumb directly to your septic.
To check your...
Hard water build up may have occurred around the passages inside the valve. Try to remove the stem. If that's not possible, remove the valve from the system and soak it in crc or similar to desolve the crud. Replace o-rings and use plumbers grease during rebuild.
Take the outside cover off the water heater and look for spider webs or debris in the gas tube. Also, when you turn on your propane tanks, do it very slowly until about a quarter open then open the rest of the way.
Could be coming from your sink or shower tank. The drain relief valve under your bath sink may be stuck open and pulling odors from that tank when the pressure changes from flushing the toilet. Also, if you have a ceiling vent in the bathroom and it's open your tank vent may be nearby and that...
Another thing I do... I purchased a spray can of DeOxIt contact cleaner and spray a few shots into the outlet before I plug in. I suppose any electrical cleaner will work.
If you haven't already, make it a practice to turn off the breaker at the power outlet source. If that's not an option turn off your trailer's main breakers before unplugging your trailer. Every time you pull your plug with power still on it, it will arc a little. Doing this enough will cause a...
So you kind of narrowed it down to the intake hose from the tank. Since you said its bulging, the tank may have crimped the hose between a cross member and the tank. Bouncing down the road may have created a hole in the hose.
Possibility that the 12v wire or wires have been cut during tear out or install, or wire stretched and pulled apart inside the insulation. I'd try tracking the wires for 12v to thermostat to find 12v power. IMO
By your picture...it looks like the front axle is too far back and the rear axle is too far forward. Are your spring shackles flipped? That causes extra stress on your hangers. IMO
There should be a row of 12v mini breakers near the battery. One of them is a manual reset with a small black reset button, If that one is tripped 12v power wont travel to trailer.
On the slideout's outside side panels. there may be a strip of caulked metal the full depth of the slide. Water runs down the side and hits that and creeps back into the trailer. I added a bead of caulk angled up where that metal passes through the rubber gasket, stopping the water from coming...
After many years of AC use, I have learned that the cheapo filter does very little to stop dust, etc. from collecting on the condenser. Some of it can be vacuumed from below, but its best to take the cover off on the roof, separate the foam covers and clean from there. That'll help the airflow.
The outlet itself may have a bad connection in it. The clamp type connections are notorious for vibrating loose. Make sure to kill the trailer power before removing the outlet,
There is a 12v breaker near you battery that has a small reset button on the side. There are pictures in the tool section of this forum. There may be 2 or more in a row.
Gas Flow to oven is essential. Is the oven in a slide out? Check the hose under the slide for leaks or kinks. Not in a slide? Close the gas valve at the tank, wait a few minutes and open the valve very slowly. Do the burners stay lit on high? Then see above about the thermocouple.
