Can’t get battery charged?

I have a 2021 Eldridge 5th wheel, it’s hooked up to shore power and just put a brand new battery in it a few days ago and already dead. Just got the battery recharged but can’t understand or know what I’m doing wrong for it not to stay charged so we can have air conditioning and lights, all appliances work. The 2 battery cut off switches are on and no breakers have been tripped, thanks in advance

Check your converter to be sure that it is plugged in and providing the needed voltage to change your battery.
You should see 13+ DC volts at the battery when charging while plugged in to shore power.
When installing the new battery if by chance you reversed the cables you would have blown fuses in the converter. Check them.

Check the manual reset 12v breaker near the battery. it's on the side and hard to see under the red terminal cover.
