2015 Heartland Gateway 3650 BH, 2015 Gateway 3650BH by Heartland 5th Wheel RV Bunkhouse 1.5 Baths Sleeps 6 Our loss is your gain. We have decided to sell our 2015 Gateway 3650 BH bunkhouse fifth wheel. We ordered this...
I've decided not to cut into the roof at this time so I want to replace the motors Can anyone confirm that this one will work?

Will this one work? Would it be better...
We have a 3650BH with frameless windows. They used crank mechanisms for opening and closing. The way it works is when the knob is turned two arms pull inward while two flat PLASTIC bushings ride in a grooved piece of metal. Well surprise surprise plastic bushing broke. Does anyone know if there...
Makes a bad situation even worse. First Heartland installs two bathroom fans that are garbage (both stopped working after a few weeks) then they make it so that they can't be replaced without messing with the roof. My list of disappointments continues to grow.
I want to replace the cheap bathroom vent that came with my 3650BH. I can't understand why this is used by Heartland. Can I replace it with a Heng's Vortex Upgrade Kit from the inside?
*Update* - Service person came out today and here is what he found. The leak was coming from where the drain pipe is connected to the tank. There is a piece of 3" black pipe coming out of the tank, a 3" to 2" reducer connected to that and 2" pipe leads to the gate valve and so on. There was no...
Got that but the leak is next to the tank. I'm now thinking that what I see is only a cover for the tank and there has been a slow leak in there from the beginning just now filling to where the pipe connects to it and that is why it started leaking. Could that be correct? If so how should I...
Yes, the leak is coming from where the pipe attaches to the tank. Where would the gate valve be? Another thought, is what I'm seeing under the camper the actual tank or is it a liner around the tank?
We have a 2015 Gateway 3650BH. We have been parked about four weeks now with no issues. This morning I noticed water leaking from the gray water number two tank where the pipe is connected to the tank. Here is a little background. The 3650BH has two black water tanks and two gray water tanks...
Thank you everyone for the suggestions. What is the best way to add chlorine to the system? Through the gravity feed inlet? Then to flush, just run the faucets until the chlorine smell is gone?
We are using a new potable water hose, hooked up to pressurized campsite water (that tastes good) through a charcoal filter. The hose is connected to the city water inlet not the gravity feed. We are not using the water pump.
We are using the fresh water system for the first time and the water tastes awful. We are using pressurized water through an external filter. Our 3650BH is brand new.
We purchased a 2015 3650BH in September. We ordered it direct from the factory delivered to a dealership in Vermont then delivered to our home in New Hampshire. I have calculated that it was towed about 1000 miles by the time it reached my house. I have towed it about 60 miles since for state...
Heading to Florida next week and was looking for a place to stop overnight near the NC / SC border. Since it is just a quick overnighter I don't want to hook up to water or waste water. I would like to stay somewhere that has showers available and at least 30amp hookup. I've heard bad things...
Well that leads me to my next question. Nothing is working when I unplug. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to flip a switch or something to switch over to 12V?
Do the batteries charge when hooked up to shore power? When I disconnect from shore power should I expect things like lights and landing gear to run off the batteries? Thanks.
We have noticed large temperature swings in both the freezer and refrigerator. The freezer ill swing from -5 to 20 degrees and the refrigerator will swing from 33 to 38 degrees. We have both set at the lowest setting. We are hooked up to land power. Are we doing something wrong?
The date code on my Towmax tires is DOT ABD2 GPB 2314. Which if I'm reading it correctly means they were made in the 23rd week of 2014 making them pretty new. Am I just being paranoid spending $1500 to $2000 to replace these tires? I know a lot of people post about their problems with these...
New fifth wheel owner here and new to full time living. What do you folks do with shoes from outside to inside to help keep the floors and entrance dry and clean? Do you use some sort of outside storage for shoes? Thank You
Thanks everyone for the suggestions and information. I'm considering either GY614's or the Sailun S637. Both are rated at 3750lbs at 110psi. My axles are 7000lbs and my GVWR is 15,500. Four tires comes to 15000lbs. So considering the pin weight is 20% am I good with either of these? I'm also...
Do you mean the 17.5" or the H or J rating?
Am I understanding this correctly? I have two 7000 pound axles on a fifth wheel with a GVWR of 15500 pounds because the pin weight is about 3000 pounds. If that's correct then I need four tires with a weight rating of at least 3125 pounds, right?
Does anyone know if Sam's Club carries a tire that will work for me? The Gateway 3650BH has a GVWR of 15,500. Do I need a tire with a rating of over 3875 pounds or do I take the weight being carried by the TV into consideration?
I ordered my Gateway direct from the factory. I was never asked if I wanted to upgrade the tires. I never even thought that they would be putting problematic tires on my new $50K fifth wheel. Very disappointing.
Here is exactly what is on my 2015 Gateway 3650BH, Power King Tow Max STR ST 235 85 R16. I guess those who thought Heartland was changing tire brands for 2015 were wrong.
I've read through many of the posts highlighting the problems with the factory installed "Blowmax" tires. We have a new 2015 Gateway 3650BH (only driven about 500 miles) and I don't want to wait until "the day after" to get new tires. I would like your recommendations for a proper replacement...
I'm shopping for an aftermarket pin box. I need to know which one I have to find the correct replacement. The number on the tag says LCI #333398 and S/N 028-00260687. Those numbers don't seem to match any numbers on the Lippert web site. Any ideas?
We have a new to us 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 DRW Diesel LTZ. It has a Flip-Over Model 288 R1 (POP) Gooseneck Hitch already installed. I want to install a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch. Will these work properly together? Our Heartland Gateway has a GVWR of 15,500 pounds. Thank you.
Great information everyone, thank you. The truck I bought already has a gooseneck hitch in the bed so here is what I was thinking I would use:
Mor/Ryde 5th Wheel Pin Box on a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch. How does that sound?
We have a new 2015 Gateway 3650BH. We have a new to us Silverado 3500 Diesel DRW coming next week. I need to have a 5th wheel hitch installed so I'm looking for recommendations for that but I have seen many people posting about replacing their pin boxes, why? Is that something I should consider...
