Makes a bad situation even worse. First Heartland installs two bathroom fans that are garbage (both stopped working after a few weeks) then they make it so that they can't be replaced without messing with the roof. My list of disappointments continues to grow.

Here's the issue. The Ventadome seems to be one piece. The cover opens with a handle not a crank. It is the E-Z Lift Ventadome.

Yes, the leak is coming from where the pipe attaches to the tank. Where would the gate valve be? Another thought, is what I'm seeing under the camper the actual tank or is it a liner around the tank?

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. What is the best way to add chlorine to the system? Through the gravity feed inlet? Then to flush, just run the faucets until the chlorine smell is gone?

We are using a new potable water hose, hooked up to pressurized campsite water (that tastes good) through a charcoal filter. The hose is connected to the city water inlet not the gravity feed. We are not using the water pump.

We have noticed large temperature swings in both the freezer and refrigerator. The freezer ill swing from -5 to 20 degrees and the refrigerator will swing from 33 to 38 degrees. We have both set at the lowest setting. We are hooked up to land power. Are we doing something wrong?

Do you mean the 17.5" or the H or J rating? Am I understanding this correctly? I have two 7000 pound axles on a fifth wheel with a GVWR of 15500 pounds because the pin weight is about 3000 pounds. If that's correct then I need four tires with a weight rating of at least 3125 pounds, right?

Does anyone know if Sam's Club carries a tire that will work for me? The Gateway 3650BH has a GVWR of 15,500. Do I need a tire with a rating of over 3875 pounds or do I take the weight being carried by the TV into consideration?

I ordered my Gateway direct from the factory. I was never asked if I wanted to upgrade the tires. I never even thought that they would be putting problematic tires on my new $50K fifth wheel. Very disappointing.

I'm shopping for an aftermarket pin box. I need to know which one I have to find the correct replacement. The number on the tag says LCI #333398 and S/N 028-00260687. Those numbers don't seem to match any numbers on the Lippert web site. Any ideas?
