Lippert Pin Box Model Number

I'm shopping for an aftermarket pin box. I need to know which one I have to find the correct replacement. The number on the tag says LCI #333398 and S/N 028-00260687. Those numbers don't seem to match any numbers on the Lippert web site. Any ideas?

I don't know what rig you have but its most likely a 1621HD.

Lipert frame I'd bet on the 1621HD. Call Heartland with your serial number, they can tell you

With that s/n, you can call Lippert and they will give you the Model no... but, when I went through this same scenario, I did find another tag, under the plastic cover, that showed the Lippert Model No...

I asked the same question and the factory said they use the 1621HD on all rigs
