OMG...that is complete BS. I could drop ours in under 60 mins. Putting it back might take me a little longer as I'd have figure out a way to prop it up...it there were 2 people putting it back on, I could do it in well under 60 mins.

Just changing to an SOB (Grand Design 390RK). Wife is retired so we are going to be on the road for 4-5 months a year and wanted something a bit bigger. Love the Bighorn...if we didn't need a bit more space to live in, we'd keep it for sure!

On our 2015 3160EL, there is a master on/off swith in the passthrough storage on passenger side. It is on the same panel where the level up controller is located.

I had mine custom made to carry my WR450. It is welded to the frame and I use 2 inserts on the rack vs the standard one insert. Keeps the rack VERY stable....zero movement!

Have you verified there is power come into the controller (ie...with a meter?) If so...what is your voltage. PWM or MPPT controller? Most controllers won't come on unless there is at least 13 or more volts coming in from panel(s).

If you have 2x6v batteries that are 330Ah each, you will have a total of 330Ah, once you wire them in series to get 12v. Series only increases voltage...not amps. Then you will only have 115 usable Ah, as you can only use 50% of your amps, before you start to do damage to any battery other...

To have 330amp hours with a 6v setup, you need to have 4 of them, at 115 amp hours each. Not sure if you were doing 2 or 4 batteries. Also, any battery, other than Lithium will only provide you 50% of their total amp hours. Example #1 - Two 6v batteries (115 amp hours each), wired in series...

I see a lot on Amazon. Here is the GoPower 50 amp TS, with arrival date of Nov 5th for me (which is only 1 day). I used this TS for about a year, until I moved to a GoPower IC2000, which has the TS built in.

Did you try holding the power on button longer than normal? Do you have a volt meter? You can quickly test the incoming 12v line for power, before moving on to other troubleshooting ideas. Next step is to take the controller/display out and the reinstall. If that doesn't work, you might have...
