Hi and welcome unless you overload the trailer with "stuff" the axles will be fine the other 2000 lbs. is hitch weight carried on the truck as for the hitch it will be ok to use but I always prefer A little more hitch capacity than 1000lbs over gross trailer weight Fred

sorry for your troubles if you have no powerto lights blinkers etc. it could be A grounding problem at the truck or trailer I would also check the fuses in your converter for the 110v problem Fred

look in the back if its plugged into A 120v AC outlet which I think it is it will be 120v not12v dc unless its special ordered with A inverter most all rvs wont have one from the factory they only have A converter to run 12v DC items such as lights water pump etc. and to charge the bat. Fred
