    Fuel Tank Popping

Are you sure it's the fuel tank? The auto level system can 'creak/pop' and it's most noticeable during the morning hours when temps rise, and evening when temps cool.... I hear the popping noise coming from near the auto level jacks. Mine didn't start popping for a few years after it was...

    Disc brakes locking up?

Pry some brake parts failed. I would jack one wheel off the ground at a time and spin it. See if you can locate the culprit that way. Then pull the hub and see what ya can see.

    4275rw

If it looks good, Go for it! I have not been in this plan. Seems like if you have been in enough floor plans, you can visualize this one pretty good. If you have kids or will be using the loft bunk, one think I notice is the bunk ladder will block the door into the garage. We use the garage...

    2019 Torque T322 XLT

Welcome and Congratulations. If you are to to RV's I would offer these tips: If you don't already have one, install a battery disconnect switch. If you are not plugged in all the time, the battery will die trying to keep some 12v electronics going (like propane detector). In general you...

    True hitch weight 3600 & 4007

Re: True hitch weight 3600 & 4007 Since you haven't got any hard answers to your question about the specific hitch weight, I will chime in. I have a Road Warrior. I weighted in when the rig was new and empty. The hitch weight was 200lbs lighter than advertised on Heartland website...

Question about TV mount in my RW426

I would suggest you check out the Heartland road warrior owners group on face book. Lots of similar questions there too. I don't have that model camper, but did replace the living room rv mount with an articulating mount off amazon. It was not an 'rv' specific mount. It has been installed for...

Anderson valve vs water pump mystery

I had a kind of similar issue. I would recommend two things. Email Anderson and ask for a repair kit for the Anderson valve you have. They are super easy to work with. Using information from their website you can see how to replace the valve. While you wait for the repair kit you can open the...

    What service is needed?

Do you mean wheel bearings? In my area $30 per hub is kind of the going rate to service the wheel bearings. I would definitely do this maintenance before a trip around the country. If you use a trailer shop I would ask them to inspect all of the suspension. I would also inspect the tires...

Hitch to use with a 2011 Cyclone 3950

X2 on the Andersen. I’ve used it for 2 years in a short bed truck. There will always be clearance issues with the short bed I think. I’ve seen and read where users of the companion and Andersen both damaged their trucks due to clearance issues. Being extra careful in the short bed helps most...

    2015 355rw how do I get a screen door

Have you tried the dealer. My 355 has a screen door on both doors. It's a 2017 model. My dealer seems to be able to get about anything.

I don't have this model but thought I would recommend the heartland Road Warrior Owners facebook group to you. You can join as a guest while you are shopping. That model is popular. I think you may find good feedback there. Lots of 427 owners. I'm pleased with my RW. I came from 2 prior lower...

    Looking to purchase a 4007

Have you made your purchase? I can pitch in on two of these. I put in the articulating mount. It is more sturdy that I thought it would be. I added two straps to secure it while in tow. I have run the generator while towing. I have run the a/c a couple times while towing. Normally it's when...

    427 - No night/black window shades?

We got a cheap black curtain and permanently stapled the curtain to the shade box thing that was mounted above the window. We used Velcro for a while. Since we never open that window shade we made the black curtain permanent.

Difference between Cyclone and Road Warrior

To me it’s like Chevy and gmc. Without the graphics most would never be able to see a difference. Different floor plans. Same frame, axles, windows, generator, appliances, flooring, tv, etc. The rv manufactures have several lines of campers that they make that compete with each other. Our...

    Brake Light LED Strip-Help

Johnny/Stacie, Have you resolved your brake light problem? Just got back from out of town and plugged the camper in to the truck. The running lights work (including back LED lights). No right brake or blinker. I tested the truck 7 way plug and was not getting any voltage on the right side...

    Brake Light LED Strip-Help

My Road Warrior just lost a rear brake light. None of the LED's are working. There are 2 screws to remove the light. The wiring is so tight I could only pull one connector out. The connections "look" good but was not able to test each connection using a tester because there was not enough...

    Suggestions for 5th wheel hitch.

I have the factory pucks and like the unobstructed bed. But I would pry like the b&w turn over ball just as good. I think it's a personal preference with the user easily getting comfortable with either system. If I was in ur situation, I would move on the turn over ball from b&w. I use the...

    Nev-r-Adjust brakes locked up

I'm in a little pickle... While checking bearings today I had one hub that seems to be stuck due to the drum brakes locked up. Can anyone suggest how to free up the brake? (keep readin) I pulled the tire off. Spun the hub which turned normally. After removing the lock nut and trying to pull...

Will All Road Warriors Please Stand Up! Represent Your Warrior!

My roof experience has been different. No new A/C or roof. I posed my roof pictures earlier in this thread. I took the camper to the dealer. They filled out the paper work. Communicated with Heartland and Dometic. Ran all the tests. Spot cleaned the roof. The response was that they felt...

Cabinet additions in garage and master bath

I'll try to include a picture of what we did. I bought a cubby storage from Sam's club (dark color stain like the camper). I don't think this storage piece would fit in your garage, but just thought I would share. There may be a smaller storage rack available. I used small brackets to anchor...

    Pin weight

Our pin weight per the manufacturer was 3200lb dry. I hit the scales before delivery and immediately after delivery and weighed 3000lb pin weight. I filled the fuel tank before each weigh in. The dry trailer weight was within 5lbs of the manufacturer posted weight. Sent from my iPhone...

    Road Warrior Towing Bounce

Just to add to TxRoadWarrior362, I installed airlift bags in my garage. It was pretty easy to install. I did not have to remove the bed. The only trick was making sure there are no leaks. Airlift did send me a replacement airbag which was initially defective. I purchased off amazon. I...

    Grey water tank leaking?

Sorry, thank's a stinker. Do you mind sharing, were you traveling with grey water? If so, about how full was the tank? I've read/heard other instances (not just Heartland) where a grey tank drops. I've read folks who say they've been told by dealer to never travel with grey water. Then the...

    Road Warrior Furnace Operation

The heat strips in ours work pretty good. I think during the PID the air comming out of the ceiling unit was 8 deg warmer than the going in. Will only work with dump vent open and not pushing air through the ceiling vents. We don't use it at night because it's so loud. We use a small space...

    Is my Anderson valve bad?

Correct. Air is being sucked into the water inlet when the valve is set to "normal". When looking into the water inlet (where the water hose would connect) there is a small white ball that appears to be in place to stop water from flowing back out of the water inlet. This ball will vibrate in...

    Is my Anderson valve bad?

Quick update to my last post, I got a response from Anderson Brass Co. They have a repair kit available they are sending to me. He also suggested it could be a check valve and NOT the anderson valve.

    Is my Anderson valve bad?

I'm experiencing a similar issue. When in Normal position, the water pump keeps kicking on (all water fixtures closed including low point drains), and sometimes never fully turns off. When I look in the UDC, (with no water hose connected) I can see the water inlet sucking air. If I screw a...

    Torque T32 questions

I saw you have not got a response so I will give you my thoughts. I have a dodge ram 3500 srw diesel. I tow a 5th wheel toy hauler. I went to a 5th wheel to get away from the bumper pull travel trailer. Towing is much more comfortable in my opinion with the 5th wheel than long bumper pull...

    Patio Upgrade

My issue was not typical of other campers with the 3 season wall. My camper has a smaller garage and I think was one of the first 2017's built with the new patio rails. I guess the 3 season wall is one of the last components to be installed from the factory. It looks like they tried to...

Not answering your specific question, but my camper came with the new Morryde patio rails on the rear ramp. In my specific camper the new patio rails caused the 3 season wall to not fit (clearance issue between the ramp door and happyjack beds). I've been working with the dealer to get this...
