we have a 2016 and have never been able to get the 2nd tank to autoswitch over.... since we never needed heat the first year, didn't know there could be a problem.... so today, hubby pulls the complete hose assemble out of the unit and has it tested... all is well with it so says technician but...

we have a new bighorn, bath and a half... we have a terrible smell in the full bath that smells like rotten eggs.... we flush and flush and the take is currently empty but smells to the high heavens? can anyone advise?
