Finally got around to contacting customer support services about the support handle for my RV. The lady checked my vin # and informed me that particular model does not come with a handle. I asked if one of the other models that had a handle could be used and she said it wouldn't match the wood...

I have a 39RDFS fifth wheel. The steps going upstairs doesn't have a support handle. I checked with camping world and they do not carry the handle in question. They suggested I contact you for help with this. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks, Frank Scott

Hello I recently joined this website. Back in June I purchased a new 2016 5th wheel Elkridge. We really are enjoying this unit. We will be at Longs SC for the Rally next year. We will be on site #98. Look forward to meeting club members

First of all my unit has 5 slides. I don't have any issues when opening my slides. However when closing my slides I usually have issues with the 3rd 4th 5th slides. The 3rd slide will sometimes stop about halfway in with me still holding the "in" switch in. The pump motor is not making any...
