Ok on the ground to frame. Is it necessary to run a ground from battery to frame also?

Can anyone tell me what gauge wire the gen prep circuit is wired with. The red, white and black appear to be heavier gauge wire compared to the wiring harness coming out of the Onan 5500. Is wire nuts sufficient to join these together? Thanks

We have a torque 325 and have the same problem. We were told that you have to take the screws out of the box and lift it up even with the lip in order to get the 5509 in the opening. This is a terrible design and we would like to know if anyone has a better way of doing it. Ours didn’t come with...

I answered my own question. I found transfer switch behind a panel in the front box. I’m guessing the generator install will be pretty much plug and play. It has a box labeled generator circuit and has wiring harness for start switch inside coach.
