I would do that for the Roof, but it's leaking along the sides and that will look like crap. Plus the cap has a curve down the side and I could never get it straight
I asked them to do just that. I called Heartland yesterday to ask if they had any advise on repairing it but they were of no help. That was before the shop had evaluated it. I will call again to see if they will change there mind when I have documented proof of their workmanship.
My 2018 3560SS has a leak around the front cap. Last summer I tried to seal around it with non leveling Dicor. this spring I noticed it was still leaking so I brought it to a big auto body place that works on RV's. I just received a call from them, they removed the decorative cap that covers the...
When I replaced mine this is what support sent me.
"If this distance measures 59”, the trailer has a 33” wheelbase. If the distance is 61”, this is a 35” wheelbase."
You wouldn't think but I received this email from them.
According to the engineers, the bolts do not need to be replaced. They can just be un-installed then re-installed. He also stated that we’ve only seen this happen a few times and doesn’t necessarily need to be replaced as the system is...
I was reading a troubleshooting guide on this forum about the entry light triggered by a magnetic switch on the door, I meant to save it but now I can't find the article, does anyone know where I can find it.
I was hooking up my Progressive EMS on my 2018 Big Country and found this set of wires coming from the water heater, does anyone know what they are for.
I talked to the manager at Campers Inn today, he said the person who registered the camper on Heartlands website finance's fell through and they never bought it, he said he was going to contact Heartland and let them know and assured me the camper was new, he later called me back and said he...
I hope this is indeed a mistake I can't imagine the dealer would do this, my paperwork stated it as new as did the ad. But when I was signing for the sale the finance lady mentioned the bank wouldn't give me the extended years on the loan because they considered it used, she said because it was...
I bought a new 2108 Big Counter from campers Inn in Kingston NH. the bill of sale say's new, was advertised as new. I had questions about some roof bubbles that the dealer claims in normal, so I called Heartland to ask what they thought, he began by asking me the Vin number, He advised me I was...
I did my walk through yesterday, I can't believe the lack of quality control. The inside wall had been pushed from the bedroom door in the slide, which is why the door won't latch, the large trim down the slide in the bedroom was split the whole length of the board, numerous trim pieces coming...
Well I haven't picked it up yet, This is something they are supposed to fix, I also noticed that the Epdm roofing was bubbled out in the back sides they are telling me this is normal. I believe it's all supposed to be glued down.
I just purchased this model still haven't picked it up yet, but when I was looking at the Big Country's they had on the lot one of them had the screws popped out of both the bedroom slides. The service manager told me there is a bulletin from Heartland that the screws are too small.
When I looked at it I complained the bedroom door wouldn't latch, maybe the slide wasn't closed all the way. So the slide will cause damage from the door.
I just purchased a 2018 3560 SS Big Country, this wasn't originally planed. I Bought a new to me 2015 keystone Cougar from the same dealer last Wednesday, went camping the same day and it rained for two days. The camper had a very bad leak and the dealer agreed to give me back my money for...
