We love our BH3610 RE, 2012. I would like to know how long we can expect it to last. We live in it full time. We fix and maintain things as needed, but I am asking about the frame, walls, structure, etc. How long do banks finance a new one. That would be a good indication. Thank you!

After 6 years of heavy use, our sofa and chairs are looking ragged. They need to be recovered or replaced. Does anyone know of options to purchase other than camping world? The sofa needs to convert to a bed which is hard to find at a conventional furniture store.

I don't know how long you can stay or what amenities you are looking for, but Hillsborough River State Park is very nice. If looking for sewer hook-up, forget about it. But if you want a nice state park environment with large shaded spots, go for it. They even have a huge pool. It is close...
