Baggage Door "Hold Open" Latch

I got tired of the off side baggage door just flapping in the wind when I was working in the UDC or loading/unloading, so I added a latch like the one on the main RV entry door. This a simple mod compared to many that have been done by others on the forum, but it sure was nagging at me!

I think John B is doing the same. I know he snagged some of that stuff at Jim's Used Outlet Outlet Store sale during the VA rally - aka, cleaning out my RV stuff bin

Yep - we did the same thing but used a white cargo door latch. Nathan got tired of being bumped in the back while doing stuff in the UDC.

Different John B, but I made this mod last year. Attached the receiver to the propane cabinet door and reinforced both mounts with a piece of 1/8" aluminum. Stainless steel machine bolts and lock nuts.

I have the latch on the baggage door. Now I am going to install one on the camper to hold the propane door open. Thanks for the parts Jim!!!!!!!!!!!!1
