A couple of questions: When you say the furnace is OFF, do you mean that the thermostat is not set to HEAT or COOL but is OFF? Also, is the furnace blower running, pushing cold air through the floor vents, or do you mean you can feel a little cold breeze?
Is cold air coming from a single vent or all vents? Is the cold air constant or comes and goes, perhaps with a wind gust? Is there a strong enough wind to suspect air is from a source external to the coach? There will be natural convection movement of air within the vents. Try to isolate potential air sources and narrow the search.
I have a 2020 big country 3902fl. We also get cold air out of the return air vent from the furnace when it is not running. The vent is located in the steps that go up to the living area. This keeps our kitchen area cold and breezy. Can anyone recommend where to look to see if something has come undone, hopefully without undoing anything underneath? We have some really cold tempatures heading our way this weekend in Texas and just want to keep as much cold air out as possible. We have put magnetic vent covers over it when the furnance is not on but don't want to forget to remove them at night and burn something up. We also use space heaters during the day while at home.

The behind the air return is an open space with wires, plumbing, furnace, and probably the water heater and water pump, along with some other devices. The furnace has a small duct that goes into the underbelly. So one possible source of cold air follows the path of that duct. There could be others. If you take down the rear wall of the pass through basement storage, you may be able to assess where the cold air originates.
