There are a bunch of videos on You Tube on changing out the cooling unit on RV refrigerators, which involves removing them from their cabinet installations to work on them. The videos are refrigerator make/model specific, not RV make/model specific.
I would look up the size measurement specification on your RV refrigerator model online, and check out your door measurements to help plan things. You will probably have to take the front doors off the refrig anyways just to access some of the mounting screws to the wood frame.
