Good morning!
I noticed this morning I have a slight propane smell coming from the propane tank storage area when I open the storage door on my BC 3250. Is that normal?
If not, how would you go about getting this checked? I'm a fulltimer and don't want to hook up the rig and head to a...
I just took bought a Cyclone 3950 (after looking at every thing else under the sun!) - I took it home. set it up in the drive, and turned on the heat only to find out the 30 pound bottle only ran the heat for 2 days. The dealer told me the tanks were filled. Soo either he was spoofing me or the...
I have a propane generator, which uses alot of propane to run ( bad info from my salesperson). I need to add additional propane. Any suggestions on how. I have a Ford F250 Super Duty 4X4 with short bed and tool box. I would like to know if you can transport propane tank lying down in bed of...
I'm looking for some bright ideas on how to tell the propane tank levels. It is freezing cold out and I'm burning through propane like no tomorrow, but when I run out of propane - oh it gets ugly in the RV fast.
I know you can pour some water on the tank and check the condensation level, but...
We are in the Dallas area and it is going to get down to about 27* the next few days. I have read that some put their thermostat at about 40* so the furnace will come on and keep the basement above freezing.
We use electric heaters here. Electric is included in the monthly bill. If I use the...
We were out camping for the last few days and the one bottle was getting low. I couldn't see any indicator position stamped on the switch, nor coud I find any printed material in the manufacturers package. I switched over to the far side and used the full tank because it was cold and I didn't...
We have had our '09 3055RL out twice and the propane regulator has made a 'whine' sound when gas is flowing through it. Supposedly the regulator was replaced with one from another Big Horn unit at the Dealer after the first trip, but the noise is still there. Has anyone had the same problem...
I am having problems getting any propane gas flow from the streetside tank in my 2008 Cyclone 3795. The curbside tank is fine, but when it runs out, that's it. I have to physically swap tanks. Camperland in Houston tried a different regulator adjacent to the streetside tank but it made no...
This seemed somewhat newsworthy to me, I do not exchange the 20#'ers for re-filling, but I do exchange the old style tanks for the new ones. It saves a lot of money vs buying a new tank and filling it up, around $20 a unit......We keep 5 or 6 around for the old earthquake kit!
