2008 Cyclone 4012 structural issue

It has been a while since we have been on here. Hope everyone is well. We ordered and took delivery of our 08 back in Nov, 07. We have not had really any big issues with our rig until last year. Our bedroom slide is in the neck of the rig. Last year I was running the slide out I noticed it suspended off the carpet. I stopped just in time as it had broken free and could have slid right out the hole (per hubby). Hubby fixed the slide with no problem, but noticed that the proper support beams were not used and over time, 5 years, of running in and out just finally broke free.
This year, same slide in preparing for a trip hubby noticed a crack in the fiberglass and a bow in the side on the lower left corner of the same slide. So we are not sure if the frame is broke, or if something inside there has snapped as there is no way to get to this area to determine the actual damage.

here is the big question. Are we sunk?

Here are pics.

Countrymom, the best thing you could do is call Heartland Customer Service and with VIN in hand and explain your situation.
They will more than likely request additional specific pictures.
