2014 Big Country roof type

Is my tan colored roof Dicor or Alpha? I'm having some weird problems with the roof being gummy and sticky and wonder who to contact. If no one knows for sure I'll contact Heartland. Thanks.

There has been several reports of the Dicor roof bubbling. It is the paint they used around that time. Your best bet is to contact Dicor directly. They will want to see pictures of the condition you are seeing. They have been very responsive and have offered some amount of compensation to some people while standing by their product saying the rubber roof is not compromised because of the paint bubbling. Be sure to have your vin number available when you contact them and Good Luck in getting some resolve.
