2014 Cyclone 3110 Questions

Hey, so I just bought one of these, kinda tricky learning it. How do I operate the front jacks individually to level? all I seem to have is the one button on the driver side that lowers one then the other. It has the self level thing inside but I have no idea how to use it. Also, why does my upper bed in the garage not come down with the other one? Its just the lower, like an idiot I pulled a corner pin and obviously that side dropped with no support so that wasnt it, cant seem to find any answers online.

on the bed; should have four pins that hold it in the up position; to lower the bed raise the bench seats all the way up & rwmove the four pins. The bed should lower down until the the stops inside the rails stop it.
