Hi

We have a 2014 Heartland bighorn 36tb..it has one AC unit in the main living area. We are looking to add another AC unit in the main bedroom.

So my question is...the roof is plumbed for the AC unit but the AC unit i bought used (Coleman Mach 1 model# 48207C966) comes with a thermostat, so am wondering if anyone knows if the main bedroom is pre plumbed for a thermostat like the AC unit is?

ALSO if anyone knows how hard it is to run a thermostat within the main bedroom.

Thanks for any and all help

If the bedroom ceiling has the 120 volt wires available at the ceiling square vent/fan then there should be thermostat wire there as well. Pull the vent/fan shroud and look around.
If you call Heartland they should be able to tell you where it terminates in a wall.
Be sure to have your VIN handy when you call.

Hi Dave

Thanks so much. I'll check that. I am thinking of even buying a wifi/Bluetooth thermostat that replaces my Airxcel thermostat.
