2014 Road Warrior 415 Living Room Slide Popping Noice

Since day one when opening or closing the living room slide there is a loud popping sound and the slide will close or open only on one side or wont close all the way. The dealer has "fixed it" twice already and after picking it up for the 2nd time when we got it home and opened it, it was doing the same thing. The dealer so say changed the gear box once and readjusted it the second time. Is this an ongoing and common problem?

I don't think that is a common problem, but I think you need to look for another repair center.
Or, an independent RV service.

I would call HL service and with your VIN# explain what is happening. I would also tell them your on your 3rd repair for the same issue. Ask if there is a non-dealer service center near you to have it repaired.
