2017 big horn 3160el - draining fresh water tank

Any tips on how to drain the fresh water tank to winterize the rig? I bought this rig, and I am a newbie to RVing

Look underneath the trailer for a blue PEX pipe with a valve on the end. It’s probably near the axles. That’s the drain line for the water tank. Empty the tank but do not put antifreeze in it.

is this the fresh water drain valve? I'm not sure how to open the valve. Or, is this the overflow valve?
thx for any tips.

Looks like an overflow, no valve on it.

overflow drain doesn't have valve, the lowpoint drains(red & blue pex) will have valves on those lines

Your freshwater tank drain should look like this blue PEX line.
